Three Q1 2026 launches contributed $5.06M total — ~16.7% of Q1 2026 net revenue. Click any launch row to collapse its channel breakdown. Parent row % shows share of $5.06M launch revenue; sub-row % shows channel mix within that launch. Love Note (70% of launches) was the headline; ramped Jan-Feb then tapered Mar as expected post-launch. Juicy Drop / Fruit Collection doubled month-over-month (Feb $0.39M → Mar $0.78M) on retail PO timing. Pre-Adhesive Nails (Mar 9 public launch, retail-led at 53% of mix) is the smallest at 6.7% but introduced a new product format. Note: Pre-Adhesives had ~10 days of zero-revenue early access (Feb 26 retail samples + Mar 7-8 Amazon early access) before the Mar 9 public launch generated first commercial revenue. Methodology: parent-collection net revenue across the four primary channels (sell-through excluded).
Three Q1 2026 launches compounding monthly — Jan was 100% Love Note; Feb added Juicy Drop ($0.39M); Mar added Pre-Adhesives ($0.34M). Each launch's contribution stacked. Channel detail in the Launch Contribution table above.
Five-quarter view — total revenue scaled from $17.6M (Q1 2025) to $32.8M (Q1 2026), +85.9% YoY. Retail surged in Q1 2026 (43%) on Walmart + Canadian launches; Q4 2025 was Amazon-led (42%) on holiday spend; Shopify share fell every quarter (30% → 30% → 28% → 28% → 20%).
DTC blended revenue of $8.12M (+43.5% YoY) was driven by both TikTok Shop scaling (+$1.20M / +457% YoY, US/CA only) and Shopify growth (+$1.18M / +22% YoY, US/CA only). UK (Shopify + TikTok combined) added another +$129K (+409% YoY), bringing combined contribution to $2.48M.

Amazon US sessions tripled (1.48M → 3.70M) while organic dollars stayed flat, consistent with this read: demand is being pulled into Amazon from D2C / content, then absorbed by ads at the point of conversion. True net-new acquisition via paid is closer to 22–25% of revenue; the rest is brand-led demand showing up as "paid" in attribution. See the branded vs non-branded breakdown below.
US drove ~89% of the +$4.51M YoY growth. UK is small in absolute terms but grew +247% (proportionally biggest gain).
Net revenue basis. Paid share rose 62% → 83% over 5 quarters; organic dollars stayed in a tight $1.7–2.2M range. Attribution credits "paid" with ~100% of the $4.4M YoY gain, but the keyword-level breakdown below shows most of that paid revenue is actually brand-led demand. Dollars reconcile to Seller Central within 0.18%.
Source: Sponsored Products Search Term Report (Mar 16 – May 17, 2026, US), verified against live Omni Amazon SP Search Term Report topic. Branded = queries containing "glamnetic" / "glamnetic press on nails" / specific Glamnetic ASIN codes. Non-branded = generic queries (e.g. "press on nails", "fake nails").
The 2× ACOS gap (20.4% on branded vs 40.9% on non-branded) is the textbook signature of brand-defense bidding: ads catching demand that would have converted anyway from someone already searching "glamnetic". ACOS = ad spend ÷ ad-attributed sales, computed separately for each keyword bucket. Q2–Q4 2025 branded share is not measurable from this source (Omni data only goes back to Mar 4 2026); historical estimates would put it lower (~60–67%) on the basis that brand awareness has compounded since the D2C ramp.

Amazon-specific Q1 promo windows from glamnetic_amazon_event_timeline.json. $/day = total period revenue ÷ days. Big Spring Sale is a true apples-to-apples YoY (both years ran the same promo). NYNY was new in 2026 (2025 same window = no Amazon promo). President's Day ran in 2025 only (2026 same window = no Amazon promo). YoY% reflects the literal window-over-window change; the colored 2026 bubble = promo-active, grey 2025 = baseline or prior promo.

Hover any bubble or arrow for the full breakdown. NYNY and Pres Day '26 bubbles cluster near each other — both Feb-window comparisons land in similar efficiency space.
* Pres Day window grew +44% YoY despite Amazon dropping the promo in 2026 — but that's well below Amazon US's overall +74% Q1 YoY trend, so dropping the promo plausibly cost ~$175K of incremental revenue in this window. Worth a closer look before deciding on Pres Day 2027.

Retail sell-in (what Glamnetic ships to retailers, at wholesale) more than doubled to $14.18M in Q1 2026 (+136.8% YoY) — driven by Walmart in-store Digi launch ($2.58M new), TJX (T.J. Maxx + Marshalls) accelerating +319% YoY, Loblaw (Shoppers) + Sephora Canada additions, Target × Ulta door expansion +137%, and 76% Ulta mainline growth. Retail sell-through (what retailers sell to consumers, at retail price) reached $13.45M (+76.6% YoY), with ULTA In-Store accounting for 54% of total. The two move together at the trend level; the only divergence is Sephora US (sell-in −39% / Sephora In-Store sell-through flat — retailers burning down inventory rather than re-ordering).

Ulta mainline expansion (+$3.05M), Walmart launch (+$2.63M: Digi $2.58M + Glamnetic $0.055M), and TJX scale-up (+$1.37M) drove ~86% of the $8.19M YoY growth. CAD New = Shoppers (Loblaw) + Sephora Canada combined. Sephora US (−$0.26M) and small/discontinued retailer churn (−$0.20M) partially offset — netted into the $0.76M Tgt×Ulta line for visual clarity; the chart shows incremental drivers only.
Five "NEW" retailer launches in Q1 2026 (Walmart-Digi, Shoppers/Loblaw, Sephora Canada, plus Burlington and Ulta Mexico in Other) added $3.5M of net new revenue. Ulta mainline grew +76% and TJX (off-price) more than tripled (+319%). Sephora US is the only material decline (−$260K). Other bundles 15 smaller/discontinued accounts (Faire, Burlington, Ulta Mexico, Dillards, Von Maur, Shopify WHSL, Revolve, plus 8 discontinued: Ulta-Digi, FFF, Anthropologie, Military, BB, Beauty Brands, Nordstrom, Free People) — the −73% YoY decline is driven by the discontinuations. February dipped after a strong January (Love Note launch + Q1 retail order surge), then March recovered to a quarterly peak of $14.2M with the Walmart.com launch + TJX shipment surge + Quick Press Mani launch. Amazon shown gross to match Amazon tab; DTC shown net; small UK ($0.16M Q1) folded into Shopify line.
February skewed Amazon-heavy (43%) as retail orders softened; Jan and Mar were retail-led — March especially with Retail's 53% share on the back of Walmart.com launch + TJX shipment surge + standard Q1 PO timing. TikTok Shop's share is small but consistent across all three months.
Eight of the top ten Amazon collections in Q1 2026 are 2025 or 2026 launches — only Nail Glue, Nail Remover, Nailcation, and Fall Forest predate 2025. Catalog rotation is the dominant growth lever on Amazon.
Q1 2026 closed at $32.80M vs $29.10M plan — +$3.70M / +12.7% over goal. Walmart in-store's unforecasted $2.58M launch, Target (Ulta @ Target) doubling plan, and Ulta tracking above plan all drove the beat. All three channel parents finished above plan.

Variance = (Actual − Goal) ÷ Goal. Plus a separate $2.58M unforecasted upside from Walmart-Digi's Q1 2026 in-store launch — excluded from the % chart since it had no Q1 plan to vary against. Target (Ulta @ Target) clamped at the +50% edge (true variance +117.6%). Other Wholesale = TJX + Sephora Canada + Loblaw/Shoppers + smaller accounts — TJX over-shipped but offset by Canadian retailer ramps coming in below plan.

Retail sell-in is order-driven and lumpy by month — February under-shipped goal by 36% (Ulta light) but March more than made it up at +37% (Walmart-Digi in-store + TJX major PO drops). DTC was front-loaded by the Love Note launch landing Jan 14. Amazon pacing on plan within Q1.

Some sub-channel detail tables (top collections, by territory) may still reflect gross — those will be reconciled to net in a follow-up pass. Contribution margin and ad efficiency remain out of scope for V1.
Launch revenue and promo-period revenue are not yet split in this V1. Per Lukas's note from 4/22 (Love Notes vs Euro Summer), separating launch-SKU baseline from co-occurring promo lift is a methodology requirement before YoY launch comps are reliable. V1.1 target: tie each major launch's revenue to a clean window before its first promo, then show "launch + promo" lift separately.
